 Merit Badge College is November 8, 2014

and will be held on Duke East campus. 1308 Campus Drive Durham NC 27708

Check in will be in White Lecture Hall at 8 am

 Our sponsor at Duke, APO fraternity, will be hosting again this year.

This is a Class A (Field uniform) event. Uniforms are to be worn all day and properly tucked in

The behavior guidelines for this event are the Scout Oath and Law.

Respect  for your counselors and Duke University is expected.

Each unit is required to have a minimum one adult present for the whole event.

Scouts may be dropped off in the circle for White Lecture Hall while you park your car. Scouts should enter White Lecture Hall, and join their unit, and register for their class.


 Check in begins at 8:00am.

Each Scout should be prepared and bring the standard BSA activity consent form, a filled in blue card, and their merit badge sheet book. Work sheets can be downloaded from Meritbadge.org

Lunch Break is from 12:00 to 1:00pm.Bring your own lunch as there is no lunch service this year. Units can have lunch brought in, but Scouts Scouts are expected to remain on East Campus unless escorted by thier unit leader or parent.

 Scout Master/Assistant Scoutmaster Training & Venture Leader Specific Training will be available.

These courses will be all day classes and are informative to all registered scouters, not just Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, or Advisors.

You do not need to have a scout present at this event to register and attend this training.
